I recorded this sample audio file on an HTC S710 (Vox) Windows Mobile 6 smartphone. Audacity was used to convert the WAV audio file to an MP3 file. I also used Audacity's Normalize function which increased the volume a bit.
Sidenote: Audacity 1.26 does not run under Windows Vista. However, the 1.3.3 Beta release does run under Vista.
